Valentine’s Day at the Inn: Romantic Getaways

A friendly reminder from the team here at the Inn at Hastings Park that Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching. Have you figured out the perfect plan to wow that special somebody?

Might we suggest our historic, boutique-luxe Relais & Châteaux hotel in Lexington, Massachusetts—the “Birthplace of American Liberty,” just a short drive from the heart of Boston—for said plan? Our guestrooms and suites don’t just supply the romantic accommodations required for this sweethearts’ holiday: We also have a special Valentine’s Day dinner to take care of date night!

Valentine’s Dinner at the Inn at Hastings Park’s Town Meeting Bistro

Look no further than our celebrated Town Meeting Bistro—delivering some of the finest farm-to-fork dishes in Greater Boston—for Valentine’s Day dining! Our Valentine’s Dinner will kick off at 5 PM on Friday, February 14th, and we very much hope to see the two of you at the table.

From the daily cuisine on offer at our restaurant to our various culinary experiences and programs, gourmet gastronomy is one of the linchpins of our hospitality here at the Inn at Hastings Park, and our Valentine’s Dinner will certainly be another manifestation. Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi’s four-course masterpiece will be just the ticket for a couple of valentines.

From the amuse-bouche course of Beef Tartare Cornet with Crème Fraîche and appetizers such as Blood Orange Salad, Hamachi Crudo, and Beet Soup to such entrée options as Pan-Seared Halibut, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and Beef Tenderloin, Chef Alissa’s menu checks all the right boxes.

And that’s not even mentioning dessert yet: your choice of Mille Feuille With Raspberries, Creme Patisserie, and Macaron, Pomegranate Cheesecake, or Bete Noire. Plenty to swoon over on the plate, in other words—as you swoon over each other!

To top everything off, our Valentine’s Day dinner will come serenaded by the jazz stylings of vocalist Lori Zaroff and pianist Molly Flannery: a fantastic soundtrack for your romantic meal.

Romantic Valentine’s Day Accommodations at the Inn at Hastings Park

Spread between our Main House, Isaac Mulliken House, and spectacularly restored Barn, our boutique guestrooms and suites here at the Inn make the perfect accommodations for a Valentine’s Day getaway in Lexington.

While savoring your Inn at Hastings Park love nest, you can also take advantage of our various experiences and special events: from private bonfires to the Footsteps of the Revolution: Historical Tour of Lexington & Concord, all the more of a must-do in this exciting 250th-anniversary year of the Battles of Lexington & Concord.
